pan sc6fSC6F realizes a complete ventilation, heating and flap of air entrance management and alarm in a thermoventilated zootechnic environment with continuous speed controller for single-phase fans . The flexibility of the program permits a total adaptation at the system to be verified in order to operate the different system's components in a perfect way.
Speed regulation of fan is of continuous type with 1% resolution; and more over it's possible to stop ventilation under a certain temperature level (safety stop); it's possible to set a cycled timer working in connection to minimum ventilation, which assures a minimum replacement air when there is not the heating-system or when there is a failure.
To program different function parameters there is a normal way or it can follow the curves connected with the calendar in order that heating temperature program, flap program, ventilation program (included minimum and maximum speed and proportional band) and alarm program are suitable day by day to the growing curve of the animals (5 curves can be programmed, for a total term of over 500 days); there is the possibility to stop in every moment the calendar working in order to return with a normal working and vice versa.
The ambient temperature probe to which all thermic controls of environment are referred and external probe is in dotation; heating and flap can work, as an option, with indipendent probes.
The control of external temperature permits, in particular climatic conditions, to change the set of maximum temperature alarm and proportional band of ventilation.
Moreover the auxiliary ventilation management permits its insertion to determine a reduction of general ventilation. With SCSL power extension the program can control with indipendent probe the operation in continuous regulation of infrared lamps.
The program stores data about working times of heating, minimum and maximum external temperatures with setting times of the last 99 days, minimum and maximum environment temperatures with setting times of the last 99 days, the intervent state of the last performed alarm.
If tachometric sensor has been set (a normal sensor with 3 wires is enough, integrator circuit is already in dotation) ventilation control distributes the exact speed of requested ventilation, or if it has been set on a flowmeter it distributes the exact speed of requested in the environment; tachometric function can work on the regulation of the main ventilation or on the output 0-10V of flap in the case of a system with control's air shutter on the ventilator.
If there is an anomaly on the connection's circuit of the temperature probes and on the tachometric system it is immediately signaled.
The connection of temperature's probes and other possible external sensors (flap answer's potentiometer, tachometer sensor, etc.) doesn't require any screened cables or divided ways from the power's line; this condition permits to obtain an easy and cheap connection.
The settings and the statement of the time are kept in memory also if there is a power failure for more than 10 years; no-one external interference can interrupt or change program's working.
The programming is facilitated with the ideograms on the keys or with the messages on the display: to make the programming easier the software shows only function's setting that are selected.
 

Main features

  • Speed of the main ventilation is controlled in speed with 1% resolution; with SCSL power's unit it's possible to increase the regulator capacity for total load superior to 6 AMP (every SCSL has a capacity of 6A, it is possible to expand up to 10 SCSL).
  • The insertion of auxiliary ventilation (where is installed) can determinate a reduction of general ventilation, or it can be used for emergency ventilation.
  • Working mode of heating can be chosen between a normal valve on/off, a mixing valve, an heating at two steps and a proportional output 0-10V.
  • Working mode of the flap can be floating type, against reactioned with potentiometer of reply, 0-10V type and it can be proportional at the percentage of actioned ventilation.
  • The alarm's temperature can be set in absolute mode or in relative mode and it can be conditioned by external temperature.

Options
 
SCSL power control ventilation (or infra-red lamps).
Extension module power 230V 6A for continuous control of single-phase fans (or 8A for the continuous control of infra-red lamps).
If it can be connected in parallel up to 5.
In the case of use as a power regulator for infrared lamps order also N.1 temperature probe SX.
 
PT Feedback potentiometer option.
Potentiometer 1 Kohm max 10 revolutions in an IP20 plastic box, completed with a flexible cable to connect on the shaft of the window.
There is not any mechanical setting to do: control module operates an automatic memorized programming of the position's values of the potentiometer.
 
SX optional temperature probe.
SC6F models come standard with 2 temperature probes SX (an environment, one outdoor): if connecting to other temperature probes (eg flaps), these must be ordered separately.
